2. Benefits Committee, Pension Committee

The Employee Benefits Committee and the Pension Committee review and monitor benefits such as Pension Plan for the Concordia University Employees and the Concordia Health Care Insurance and the other benefit plans offered to active and retired Concordia faculty and employees; CUFA has two representatives on each committee.

3. Joint Equity Committee (JEC)

The JEC reviews and makes recommendations to the Provost and the Association on equity practices as they relate to the career path of faculty members and librarians.

4. Joint Committee on Faculty Clerical Work (JCFC)

The JCFC assesses the impact that clerical tasks have on faculty members’ workload, and, where appropriate, provides advance input and makes recommendations about improvements in practices and processes related to faculty clerical work.
The JCFC reports annually to the Parties, or more frequently when appropriate.
